Napoli have gone five Serie A meetings with Roma without defeat, and they put that run on the line at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Saturday evening. The Neapolitans sit ninth on 10 points after a 4-3 home win over Bodo/Glimt in the Champions League on Tuesday, while Roma are third on 17 points with a goal difference of +13 and are unbeaten in the league. The most recent was a 2-2 draw at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on 15 February 2026, and before that Napoli won 1-0 away at Roma on 30 November 2025. Three of the five finished level, so draws are the most common result in the record. At this ground Napoli have won once and drawn twice in the sample, with a 1-0 win on 24 November 2024 and 2-2 draws in February 2026 and April 2024.

Roma are third in Serie A on 17 points with a goal difference of +13, and Napoli are ninth on 10 points with +3. A win would take Napoli to 13 points, level with Frosinone and Cagliari.
