Le Havre AC vs Paris Saint-Germain Preview

Le Havre AC vs Paris Saint-Germain

Competition – France Ligue 1

Stadium: Stade Océane

Date: 30th October 2026

Kick-off time – 18:00 GMT

A win at the Stade Océane on Friday would take Paris Saint-Germain to the top of Ligue 1 on current standings. For Le Havre, the stakes sit at the other end of the table: they are bottom with two points from eight games and are still looking for their first league win of the season. The contrast in form could hardly be sharper. PSG have won each of their last five games across all competitions, while Le Havre have lost four league games in a row. PSG also have a game in hand on the sides directly above them, having played seven league matches to most of their rivals’ eight. Kick-off is at 6pm GMT.

Le Havre have lost their last four league games, the most recent a seven-goal defeat, 4-3 away at Marseille on Sunday. A week earlier they were beaten 3-1 at home by Auxerre at the Stade Océane, and before that came a 1-0 loss at Lille. The one win in the sample came outside the league, a 6-1 friendly victory over Boulogne on 2 October, and the oldest result is a 3-2 defeat at Toulouse in September. That leaves one win and four defeats, with 12 goals scored and 12 conceded, though six of those goals came in the friendly. In the four league games alone, they scored six and conceded 11, scoring in three of the four but taking nothing from any of them.

PSG have won all five games in the sample, scoring 16 and conceding seven. The latest was a 4-2 home win over Barcelona in the Champions League on 20 October, and three days before that they won 3-1 at Strasbourg in the league. Earlier in the run came a 4-2 victory away at Manchester City in Europe, a 3-1 home win over Le Mans and a 2-1 win at Marseille in September. They have scored at least twice in every one of those games, but they have also conceded in each of them. PSG’s most recent game was on 20 October, while Le Havre were in action on Sunday.

PSG have dominated the recent meetings, winning four of the last five with the other drawn, and Le Havre have not beaten them in the sample. The most recent was a 1-0 PSG win at the Stade Océane in February, and before that PSG won 3-0 at home in November 2025. PSG won both games played at Le Havre in the sample, the other 4-1 in August 2024. Le Havre’s only point came in a 3-3 draw in Paris in April 2024, the one game in which they scored more than once. Across the five meetings, they managed five goals in total.

Le Havre are bottom of Ligue 1 with two points from eight games, while PSG are fifth on 14 points with a game in hand on the top three. A PSG win would take them to 17 points and top of the table on current standings, a point clear of Rennes.

In France, the match is available on Ligue1+, DAZN France and Molotov. UK viewers can also watch through Ligue1+, while in the USA it’s on beIN SPORTS and beIN SPORTS en Español, with streaming on beIN SPORTS CONNECT and fuboTV.
